Beef Broth Pasta - Recipe
2 cups of Five Way Foods – Beef Bone Broth
1 small onion chopped
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
12 oz pasta – Ziti, Farfalle or Cavatappi
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup fresh basil
Pour Five Way Foods – Beef Bone Broth Pour into pot and bring it to a simmer.
Chop onion into dice-size
Add olive oil and butter to a large pan and melt over low heat.
Add the onion into the large pan with butter and oil, cook for 5-7 minutes until onion is soft.
Add the pasta and stir it well so it is coated in the onion butter.
Pour in about 1 cup of the beef bone broth into large pan and stir until fully absorbed.
Continue stirring and adding the beef bone broth, about 1/2 cup at a time until the pasta is al dente.
Remove from heat, add fresh basil and grated parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve and Enjoy!
