1.5 cups of Five Way Foods Beef Bone Broth (or use Veggie Broth for vegan version)
1 cup of Kale, rough chopped
½ cup of pineapple, sliced
¼ cup of zucchini, unpeeled
¼ cup of basil
2 tbsp of fresh lime juice
2 to 3 cubes of ice
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
Couple springs of mint (optional)
Blend thoroughly and enjoy!
