Beef Broth Pasta

  • 2 cups of Five Way Foods – Beef Bone Broth 

  • 1 small onion chopped

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 12 oz pasta – Ziti, Farfalle or Cavatappi

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese

  • ¼ cup fresh basil


  1. Pour Five Way Foods – Beef Bone Broth Pour into pot and bring it to a simmer.

  2. Chop onion into dice-size

  3. Add olive oil and butter to a large pan and melt over low heat.

  4. Add the onion into the large pan with butter and oil, cook for 5-7 minutes until onion is soft.

  5. Add the pasta and stir it well so it is coated in the onion butter.

  6. Pour in about 1 cup of the beef bone broth into large pan and stir until fully absorbed.

  7. Continue stirring and adding the beef bone broth, about 1/2 cup at a time until the pasta is al dente.

  8. Remove from heat, add fresh basil and grated parmesan cheese.

  9. Season with salt and pepper.

  10. Serve and Enjoy!
