Healing & Nourishing - Lemon Ginger with Chicken Bone Broth

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

2 cups of Five Way Foods Chicken Bone Broth

2-inch piece of fresh ginger; diced

Zest from 1 lemon

1/2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1. In a 4-quart pot bring Chicken Broth and diced ginger to a boil. 

2. Slow simmer for 8 minutes.

3. Add lemon zest and apple cider vinegar.

4. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Serve and enjoy.
