This is one of the very few fish bone broths out there - it's especially hard to find fresh, but you're in luck! This broth is made using wild-caught, white-flesh fish (think cod, pollock, haddock, hake). It is made using the head, tail, and fish rack, but it is also brewed with ginger. In addition to holding all the nutrients from traditional bone broth, this broth is full of omega 3’s and natural iodine. No salt is added, and it has a 90-day shelf life.
